Will you need a suffix to differentiate them ?
They can't all be called ABC.

I don't need to modify the actual file name.
Just want the text to remain as ABC when I use {filename} to add the file name（ as text ） to the ...

Recently I'm using the 'bulk' function to add file name to images. Some of my images' filenames look like this
