I would like to ask my query again: Would it be possible to implement the CTRL+TAB functionality also if the Tabbar is hidden? And additionally: Can you please add a shortcut for show/hide the Tabbar?

Is it not possible to catch the error at reading a file and try it again after a fix interval time? Then you don't need to know the file times in this case.

oh yes the crash in TIFF, it's fixed like beta 5, strange that you have again a crash. Could you send me the dmp?

In version 0.81 beta 5 the bug was fixed. But now, in version 0.82 it is present again. :(

And I recognized the problem appears only if I have many files in the working folder (e.g. currently there were ~400 files). Otherwise the crash happens very seldom. So, with the big folder I could reproduce the crash also with 0.81 ...

I tried it, but I can't reproduce it with 0.81. But with all higher beta versions it comes to a crash.

I work with XnView and Hugin (Panorama photo stitcher). With Hugin you can create panorama pictures.
If you combine pictures with Hugin, it automatically generate/remove some temporary tif-files in the current folder. Have opened the same folder in XnView, leads to crash it. In my opinion it happens ...

Is there still any chance to implement to visit open tabs, if the Tab bar is hidden? So you had the possibility to work with several Tabs without showing the Tab bar. Currently they are open in the background, but you can't visit it separately!

Is there any chance to implement switching open pictures when Tab bar is hidden? Would be great!
