Sorry, but the problem is with MS HEIC plugin, only HEIC loading use XnView plugin

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.98.2 . Please check and confirm the bug fix here. XnView MP 0.98.2 is still more blurry than XnView Classic 2.49.5 .
