scrolling to fit to thumbnail size

It would be nice, when scrolling down the thumbnails in the main window view, to have the scrolling work by increments just equal to the thumbnails size. It means that one mouse scroll or click on the scrollbar arrow should go up and down exactly one or more thumbnail rows. What's important is that ...

I'm confused. I did the tests with jpegs and jpeg2000 also, and it also worked for jpeg2000s in the beginning.

ICC profile/correct colors are not kept for jpeg2000s with a normal conversion, but are kept if you use a blank/empty ICC conversion transformation.

So if they're kept when using this ...

EDIT:
I want to add something:
I have the impression from the timing observed that when auto refresh is enabled and we press Ctrl+Alt+S to start the export dialog, the image is computed one time before the window dialog is displayed and once again once it is displayed. Computing it once would be ...

Renaming filename or folder with '.' does not work

Under Options/Browser/Browser:
when "use dialog to rename files" is unchecked and "hide extension to rename" is checked, we cannot correctly rename files with a point in the filename.

It happens to me for a folder named "2000.07 Paris" for example. When renaming using F2, all that is after the ...

I want to suggest something I did not notice before:

ICC profile, if different from sRGB, is kept ONLY if the ICC convert transformation is applied, and the input and output fields are let BLANK, which is counterintuitive!

I mean... wouldn't it be better to make ICC preservation the default ...

thumbnail window wrong restoration

Hello,
In 1.96beta2, after expanding the thumbnail window using this button:
http://i66.servimg.com/u/f66/12/86/10/38/screen10.png
and reclicking it to restore the normal view with the folder tree, I get the lower area with the properties, histogram, EXIF... to expand to a much bigger size.
before ...

Xnview does not remember "never ask again"

Although I check that box, Xnview keeps popping up that window after a program restart. Never means never, so it is a bug :)

Hello,
XnView can read DNG, but it cannot read all the specific tags contained in DNGs, like BaselineExposure, BaselineNoise...
Here are the DNG specifications:
