I believe this is my ignorance and not and Xn View issue, but would like to make sure.
I am batch formatting over 100 pictures to archive them. They are all about 2mb to start with. I am setting them all to 1200 pixels high by 1600 pixels wide and 300 PPI. This greatly decreases their size and ...

Re: EXE/SCR save as dialog error?
**Update**
I have discovered that if I log into the actual "hidden" system administrator account, it works just fine. I thought I had tried that, but apparently not. The account I use all the time is an administrator account, but I have noticed that the actual hidden administrator account will do ...

Re: EXE/SCR save as dialog error?
Me again,
I'm not sure if this matters or not, but when I try to just save an EXE/SCR I get the same error. Save as dialog box with no file name field.
Also, I just did a *complete* uninstall and reinstalled the newest version. It still does the same thing.
Any more suggestions?
Thanks
Shawn

Re: EXE/SCR save as dialog error?
Pierre,
Thank you for the fast reply. Actually, I can not enter the file name at the bottom of the save as box, that is the issue. There is nowhere for me to enter the file name. There is no default name, no nothing, the entire file name field is missing.
Please see a screen shot of the issue here ...

EXE/SCR save as dialog error?
Hi there,
Any help would be appreciated.
When I try to save a slide show as an EXE/SCR, I get a windows Save As dialog box. However, there is nowhere to type the file name. I also can not browse for folders. Simply clicking the save box does nothing.

Missed the obvious, thank you
Well, what do you know. I thought the bold words were simply "Headings" for the topics under them, I did not realize that there were options when clicking on the bold "Headings" themselves.

Turn off hover over thumbs in browser mode
I desperately want to turn off the box that hovers over the thumbs with information in the browser.
I have turned off tool tips and everything else that I can find to turn off. Can this be done?
Thank you very much, I love this program, but find this particular feature very distracting ...
