I can't find anything with a screen full of empty folders and tiny text. I just resort to searching for everything which is slow and doesn't help greatly because it doesn't take me to the folder.

Using dark theme, can't read black on black

You use your camera take a jpg + RAW.
use LR to make RAW->jpg in the same folder
This file now looks rotated WRONGLY in XnView .

It looks CORRECT in all other viewers.

Sometimes "back" focus on menu, sometimes on folder list, it's random.
Should be always focus on thumbnails.

Yes, correct. Like I set up a few xbs, and you load each photo and output 1 for each xbs.
I thought you can use bat, but you cant

I'm not sure what tool to use. I usually make a color edit of a photo. Then I do a custom B&W in PS. Then from these, I make a few different crops, wide, tall, square. I want the crops to be the same in color & bw versions. Then of each crop, I want to make a few resizes at say 500, 1000, 2000px Whi...
