To get 32 bit applications to work on some Linux, the following packages might be useful:
ia32-libs-gtk
ia32-libs
(I'm not using 64-bit OS at moment, so I cannot confirm this will really work here...).

Strange that it would say xnview not found when it was missing 32bit ...

Unable to run MP v0.12 on Ubuntu x64?
Hi guys, I'm new here, well, been lurking and using XnView for many years now, but now i have a question :)
I downloaded XnView MP v0.12 for Linux and unpacked it into my home/downloads dir.
Then tried to /.xnview.sh
but I get:
./xnview.sh: 4: ./xnview: not found
I have not modified xnview ...
