XnView Software

Well, I AM having more problems. This is weird. Basically, sometimes I edit the IPTC data and it is all fine. Then, on another photo, it doesn't work. This is all the same batch, taken at the same time etc.
What shall I do?

chrisszab, is there a file called Xmp.dll in the AddOn subfolder of your XnView installation? :arrow: XMP not written to JPG files?

No, there isn't. I also looked at the other viewtopic. So that means I need to get the XMP.dll file. Could you tell me how to do that? Sorry, I'm not a computer ...

Well, I tried that, but it doesn't let me! In other words, the box with the check mark and the line "update or create XMP" remains grey or whatever colour, but I can't change it.
