Both XnView Classic and MP can pan around an image that's larger than the screen with the mouse. In Classic, that is very smooth and fluid. In MP, it's choppy. In the options under General>Keyboard/Mouse>Open Action (Browser), I have everything set to "Open in associated program" *except* for Images which is "Open in XnView".
