My XnView is set for opening files in View mode on doubleclick/enter.
I have some animated BMPs, and i know, that XnView is aware of this format, because after doubleclicking first file is displayed as animated.
But when browsing thru the folder containing few such files, at some point animation ...

Viewing effect on original picture and in "After"
The way applied effect looks on original image and in "After" area of Effects tool window may differ. Especially when applying to right-mouse-button selection of large images. It may be better observed with Waves, Mosaic, Spread effects.

Can we please have a feature in "Canvas size..." tool, which will allow to set alpha for areas appearing after sizing canvas up, when picture format is applicable?

Some animated GIF files are drawn incorrectly
Some animated GIFs are made in strange way, when not every frame is fully painted but contains only difference to previous frame or so as it looks like. In Internet Explorer browser these gifs are shown as they supposed to, but XnView draws each frame separately. Example here http://www.filepanda ...

Bottom-up checkbox option when saving in Targa (.tga) format
Hi.
Please make option to save .tga as bottom-up oriented images or non-bottom-up oriented by the choice.
Or maybe XnView has it, but i just can't find.

p.s. I mean, in tga header, in byte at offset 17 5th bit indicates picture origin position.
