Hello,
I am using the latest version of XnView under Windows XP (French locale).
I have manually added IPTC tags (headine, caption, keywords) to a test photo, encoded in utf-8 (using exiv2).
I *believe* I have also set the Envelope.CharacterSet to the proper 3-byte sequence to indicate the utf-8 ...
