I'm not optimistic that can be done using XnConvert although by all means try, I think the XnConvert interface would likely require either a minor change to default file naming or an additional option added.

Please consider this feature it really a game changer no other viewer has it.
and that A7Info utility does not support opening individual files with it, its not possible to assign it to Open With menu.
Also that utility it does not support DNG files at all, and i convert all my raws to DNG.

I am unable to achieve sequential page numbers for individual multipage TIFF files after converting with XnConvert. I am using XnConvert Ver. 1.106.0 x 64 for Mac.
My Input includes 3 multipage TIFF files, each with more than 1 page.

I would like to suggest 2 minor improvements
Xnshell>Convert>Resize
1) Click to "X" to keep the same ratio, eg , entering 70 to left, set 70 to right
2) Option to replace resized images, not adding _1 prefix
