These are the steps I take to convert to a larger size

It seems that since adding the “Number of pages” icon or the second ‘Companion’ icon, my color image “info.png” no longer works very well.
At least a 12 x 12 pixel square must be added to the right.

blank is missing between value and filename
extra blank at the end of filename

there is no problem withe resized version

I tried to resize a PNG logo with alpha channel. It looks all great until I upload into wordpress. it looks terrible. I guess there might be a problem with the alpha channel.

I am always irritated about the many sampling options and additional "resampling". Unsure what it does.

As a Linux Mint user, I downloaded the latest version of XnConvert. I converted a PNG image to AVIF and received an error message saying "Not an image." However, it worked with any format other than AVIF.

where is windows font scaling? I am not aware of such an option on the Mac.
What has font scaling to do with PNG previews ?

with no embedded thumbnail, XNView creates one and that is the problem it seems.

J' ai testé un redimensionnement ou compression en PNG, il n' y a pas de problème, j' obtiens ce que je recherche!
Donc ce problème de compression redimensionnement semble limité aux jpeg.
