... the same time, if the video is opened via the "Open with" option in the Explorer context menu, auto-play works. Auto-play also works when scrolling through videos (forward/backward) in the browser.
Is this the case for everyone, or have I configured something incorrectly in the Settings?

This did work for me - with the lone MP4 in the test I did, it did not appear in the browser view or single view.
I did notice sorting by name was off in the browser view though. I will search for that one and if not yet reported, I'll start a new thread ...

This is still a problem in v1.7.1
I'm confused as to whether the programmer believes this is actually a problem.
Bottom line, one should not have to go into the settings for something that should be handled by the filter.

Currently the settings/Thumbnail/Ovcerlay icons/Frame's count setting controls the multipage and audio duration and video duration overlay icons.
It would be nice to have the three in separate settings.
