Does XnviewMP use more then 1 core if available compared to 197.4 which only uses 1 core ?

Re: Multi EXIF update
This is really a nice feature,
I used it once when my camera had the year programmed wrong (2009 in stead of 2010).
Now the user-interface for changing the date for over more then 31 days is buggy,
is doesn't show this value (the size of the display is too small) and the knobs won't allow for ...

customizing default search item
On XnViewMP 0.26 the default search item in the browser-mode is for filenames,
I mainly search for metadata, therefor I would like to have an option to
set ther search item to e.g. IPTC keywords.
I known I can search for these items using the tools dropdown-menu and then selecting add and so on ...

histogram of selected area
I like the histogram function in XnViewMP,
what I would like to change is the behaviour of the histogram:
I would like to see that the histogram is being calculated and displayed only for the selected area,
and ofcourse, if nothing is selected, the histogram should be calculated for the whole ...

Re: coarse rotate slider
sure, you can use the spinbuttons,
but that takes a lot of time,
a slider could do the job much faster., that's the main purpose of a slider I think.
My proposition:
slider-control with -180, -18,0,18,180 logaritmic steps in between.,
or a fine slider -45,0,45 degrees with a seperate knob for 45 ...

coarse rotate slider
I use the "custom rotate" option a lot to correct my images.
Most of the time the correction is fine, plus- or minus a few degrees is a lot.
Unfortunately the slider to set the rotation angle is way too coarse with its value ranging from -180 to 180 degrees.
A option would be to set an coarse and ...

remembering information settings
Maybe this is already possible using a setting in the xnview ini file,
but In the normal view mode it would be nice if the settings for
"Display Colour Information"
and
"Show information"
would be remembered between Xnview sessions.

Re: BUG: Inconsisent File Sorting bug.
I am sorry, Xnview does seem to work OK,
for some reason my camera had the year set wrong in its menu,
so also in the Exif date for the last photo's.

Re: BUG: Inconsisent File Sorting bug.
sorting JPG-files in browser-mode using Exif-date is also wrong,
I tested this in 197.2 on XP-sp3.
The filesorting on Exif-date works fine in the windows-explorer.

Re: XnView Tweak UI
nice tool you made,
now it is easy and fast to try out some UI-changes,
I suppose it only works for the non-MP versions right ?
thanks,

Re: MultiBootv3- To generate multiple LiveUSBs with an usb stick
I have been searching for such a tool awhile,
I hope there is good support for English language.
I will give it a try ...
http://www.linuxliveusb.com/
is also very easy, however it supports only 1 bootable image on an USB stick.
