Re: SVG not rendering properly

XnTriq wrote:Oddly enough, the result MP's Web capture command (Qt WebKit) produces of file:///X:/Test/Indus_IAU.svg seems to be perfect.
In case of my Win 10 x64 + XnViewMP 0.78 x64 command "Web capture" produces perfectly white blank image out of given .svg. With webpages and .jpg it works fine.

SVG not rendering properly

<--// Moderator's note: This topic has been split off from “ svg's are not listed in Browser ”. //-->

I still don't know why SVG(Z) is excluded by default, though :? Maybe because the way XnViewMP renders SVG sucks? Try to open this file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Indus_IAU.svg with ...

Re: 0.78: Picture size and counter thingy

For 1. - you'll see this fix in next version http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=82&t=32685 (probably)
For 2. - maybe the actions you perform somehow mess with the filtering mode of XnViewMP. 2/3 means Viewer shows 2nd of three files in directory and these numbers are inherited from Browser ...

French forum for XnView MP is this way ==> http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewforum.php?f=83
What XnView forums really do lack, is subforum in Braille alphabet.

~tries to type with a French accent~
See Issue 777 for current status and details.

It seems that's a bug in Qt libraries used for XnView MP development.

Re: NConvert : batch rename with step counting

After trying nconvert with -xall option on .gif file (because I don't want to install ghostscript just to test it with .pdf) I think you have no control over the way this utlity numbers extracted frames. And if it was my probem, I'd rather used Advanced Renamer on output image files sequence to ...

Re: Effect Corrupts Jpeg File

yes but now i need to be able to reproduce... Does the word "R-r-r-r-respawn!" sound familiar to you?

You can get hexadecimal code in Preview in any Windows.
Get a fresh copy of XnView folder.
Drop there xnview.ini from the troubled user.
Copy file which you want to saturate into Xnview's folder ...

ExpandUNC

I found in XnView's wiki GUIless option "ExpandUNC" http://www.xnview.com/wiki/index.php/UI-less_Settings#Browser . UNC names are Unicode strings https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg465305.aspx https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa365247(v=vs.85).aspx#maxpath . Does that ...

Now I'm not able anymore to use XnView Shell Extension. I receive this message:
"Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5."

I'm using Win 7 x64. What has changed from the last time you had success using Xn shell extension? Are you sure you're using x64 version on x64 OS ...

Re: 0.78 64 bit [WIN10]: MP4 Preview not working

K-Lite Mega codec pack has brought LAV filters, ffdshow, Haali media splitter, everything else I don't remember, but XnView MP does not provide information which filters/splitters it is using, or I don't know where to look or which utility can tell me about filters loaded by application.

Update ...

Something like a) install virtual printer with tiff-creating capabilities b) make shortcut for this printer c) drag all printable files on this shortcut? Never tried this myself.
