Re: XnView Tweak UI
Thank you, I can confirm this bug. Unfortunately the toolbar options are very buggy in XnView. There's another bug with the ToolbarBackColor option that breaks the dropdown menus on some toolbar buttons .
If you need to, you can disable the toolbar background color in XnView Tweak UI by holding ...

Re: XnView Tweak UI
First of all, thanks for this great tool. Finally, I can complete my customization of XnView!
I do have one problem, though. If I change the color (doesn't matter what color) of the toolbar (browser and view mode) I lose some of my icons. The ones that disappear are only those where the "Command ...

8bf plugin crippled
In 1.97 the 8bf plugin "DCE Tools" from Mediachance doesn't function properly. The plugin opens but the image within the plugin is scrambled. I've had no problems with this plugin up to and through 1.96.5. I've tested this on two WinXP machines. All my other 8bf plugins seem to work fine.

EXIF Search problem
When searching the EXIF data, MPv0.21 cannot find single words within a field. For example, my camera model is listed as "Canon PowerShot A80" in the EXIF data, but if I search for just "A80" (Tools>Search>Match any...>Add>EXIF>Model>A80) I get no results. When doing the same search in 1.96.5 I get ...

Re: 'Open with' does not seem to work
Hi:
It seemed fairly easy to find Corel Phtopaint and select it. Unfortunately this program would not load. Also Xnview would lockup. I'm not sure but I think the choice Xnview gave me as the Corel executable file might have been only the icon file.

Cannot copy file from Gimp to XnView
http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=16151
This is a "must fix" for any of us that want to copy a file from Gimp to take advantage of XnView's ability to launch Adobe Photoshop plugins (something in which Gimp is woefully inadequate). There was no problem doing this through v.1.94.2.
