Re: GhostScript portable & XnViewMP

I'm still sticking with XnView MP v0.79 since all later versions have some functionality for browsing vector graphics broken. Also surprizing that nobody bothers or has even noticed. :) Which vector formats (besides PostScript) are you referring to? SVG is excluded by default. You have to remove th...

Re: drag and drop of the picture from firefox

Welcome to the forum, epson950. I'm afraid there's not a lot Pierre (the developer of XnView) can do about this :-| This is partially a bug with firefox as well, see http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494989#c72, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=562344 Basically in windows firef...

Re: Not able to read scanned PDF file

Since you're using XnView Classic, you need the 32-bit edition of Ghostscript. Could you please check which version of Ghostscript is installed? This information can be obtained by opening C:\Program Files (x86)\gs\doc\News.htm or by entering HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GPL Ghostscript into the addr...

Re: Wrong Collage

Hello Lupus52

I'm sorry you had to wait for a response to your bug report. Pierre (the developer of XnView) will have to look into the problem.
I created that GIF animation to illustrate how these “tiles” need to be stitched together for the correct outcome.

I wrote a autohotkey script to set all the dates to the current date. If anyone wants this, you can get it from my github . It will successfully unbork any borked images. Thanks for sharing! I remember that (during the Y2K scare in the Windows 98 era) McAfee's “Nuts & Bolts” suite came with a t...
