0. upload one EL8 file
1. make a screenshot of the image displayed on screen instead of exporting EL8
2. contact the support and ask them how to export BMP or PNG or what this EL8 is supposed to be
3. provide more details in English language (name of the bugged software? paid?)

PS: XNVIEW 1.70.3 from 2004-Jun-21 doesn't crash, it rejects the file :-)

NO. PNG has only unpremultiplied alpha (see same post other sources).

Still buggy in 1.99.1. Warns about multiple pages, but neither animation runs, nor I can see other frames as pages :bug:
