When Cache is enabled, if you rename folders/files or move/copy files with XnView, all Thumbnails will be recreated and cached again. The previous cache is not deleted until using 'Optimize'. By the way: when I open an image from Browser to Full Screen directly, both LMB and RMB are for moving the image, whatever the function you set up.

I encountered this Height/Width bug as well in RC5, and this last Same as Image & Swap bug in RC6 (I am pretty sure there was another one in RC5, but i can't reproduce it in RC6... good news :) ) .
