Bug report
Note: I previously reported bug 1.3 Update files from catalogs always changes file date and it is fixed in 1.4b1 however I have confirmed this new bug also exists in 1.4b1

Subject: 0.99.7: Lossless Crop always changes file date
XnView: MP 1.3.1 64bits (Oct 11 2022)
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit
Given Settings - General - Keep original date/time, all options checked.
Effect: Performing a lossless crop always changes the file date.
To reproduce:
1. Browse a folder with image file(s) (JPEG format).
2. Select first image file. Note the file date/time.
3. In Tools - Settings - General - Keep original date/time, check all options.
4. Create a selection area and then Tools/Jpeg Lossless/Crop.
5. Xnbak is created with original date, cropped file has current date.
Actual behaviour (bug): file date/time is set to current date/time.:
Expected behaviour: keep original file date/time as settings indicate.
Note: perhaps this is intended behaviour however I think a user that has all filedate settings to keep filedate does not want any files to have new dates. Especially since lossless ops modify the original filename. It should behave no differently than if I lossy cropped and saved.
