(Linux) Filelist - New folders always added to bottom

Post by mykurtaccount »

Arch Linux - KDE 4.14 - XnViewMP 0.69 x64

If a new folder is created within a folder you are currently browsing in XnViewMP then it is added to the bottom of the list (regardless of whether you have "New files are added at the end of the list" checked or not). This I can live with but there appears to be no way of getting this folder back into its correct place alphabetically aside from restarting XnViewMP. Browsing to another folder and going back doesnt work nor does F5.

1) In the filelist expand a folder that contains folders
2) Create a new folder. It is added to the bottom of the filelist and also to the bottom of the browser pane (not sure if it is called this but where you would normally see thumbnails)
3) Do a refresh or directory change and the new folder is still at the bottom of the filelist (the browser pane does update and reorder correctly)

I'm on 0.72 XnViewMP on Arch Linux and I'm having the same issue.

In the Folders Tree view the new directories I create stay at the bottom of the list, even after a refresh.

In the Favourites Tree view those same new directories never show up!

Thanks,
Version 0.72 x64 (Dec 19 2014) on Arch Linux

Headed for the second star to the right and straight on 'til morning...
