I'm using Windows 7 RTM Professional, and I can't enable the shell extension. As soon as I go back to the settings dialog where the checkbox for shell extension is, I see it's unchecked!
I'm using the zip version and saving XnView's preferences to its folder.
Anyone can help me?

Worked around by activating Win XP SP3 compatibility mode for XnView

If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows 7, download the 64-bit version of the shell extension separately. This worked for me.
