Change TREE text color and background color?

Post by ghost zero »

Is there a way to change the TREE text color and background color? I want to change it to match my preview and browser colors.

BG, no font

Post by Clo »

:) Hello !

• It's something I proposed a while ago in THIS MESSAGE

- Apparently, only the BG-colour can be set from the INI, the rest is pending… :|

• Feel free to *bump* the thread linked above, and support the entire proposal…

Hi Clo... again you catch me "unawares"...

What is that INI setting? I'm looking but can't see it in there.

Pierre's statement…

:) Hello John !

• It's about this Pierre's statement. Please, see the Dreamer's message above too.

• However, it seems that it is not added automatically - I've not it here -
but maybe you could add it by hand in the appropriate section…

• Anyway, a GUI like I showed in the linked message above should be THE solution, shouldn't it be ?

When using the TreeBackColor tweak on XP:
does anybody have a problem with the selection colors for the treeview items?
(mines are lost .. i cannot see then any longer the selected item's selection color)

TreeBackColor with highlighted selection is implemented now with 1.91.3 :-)

just a very little little thing:
i would suggest to use White as selection font color
(= same as not using this tweak)

otherwise you have black selection font on dark blue selection background color, which ist hardly readable
