i've tried with Photoshop CC 19.0, Win 10, and no problem here

I just remembered that a friend had problems with large files and the solution I gave to him was to increase the memory for thumbnails in the extension options:

Thanks, i will try to reinstall windows and all programs later.
In 3ds max dialog it's works too, so maybe something with my photoshop

dear @xnview i have windows 10 pro 64nit 1803 version.
i'm very happy to see that there is a new version 4 of xnshell that for old version don't work. i try to uninstall and reinstall many time, i also installed xn classic (i already use xn convert) but the shell extension don't work.
can you help me.

yes, i tried on 3 different PC with win 10 64bit.

i try also 32 bit .
i will be very happy if i can back to use xnschell like win 7.

To be absolutely clear, you are using XnShell 64-bit on your Windows 64-bit?

Have you tried with Admin rights, in case that could be a factor?

Otherwise, could this possibly be due to a security issue with ever-changing Windows 10?

thanks for availability, I'm sorry for my problem.
I confirm that i tried with 64bit extension with administrative rights.
I don't have antivirus or any other security protection.
Do you confirm that the 4 version can work on last win 10 pro version?
I read about "registration" of shell but if i click on bat file in the zip mode version i have a register error. possible?

i tried also to disinstall all xn software + vcredist_x64 and reboot any time. reinstall all and rebot but don't work. i think that there is some of my software that caused an incompatibility.
After i tried also a register with bat file.

Same thing?
After i tried also a register with bat file.
you need to run the .bat with admin rights
