Won't remember maximized window if close in fullscreen mode
XnView won't remember to start up as a maximized window if closed while in fullscreen mode [ALT+F4].

Not here!
- I checked at this moment, I cannot confirm.
- I closed when displayed as full screen (from "View") with ALT+F4, then I restarted the programme, I got a maximized window, as expected…
- With 1.80.3 and 1.82 RC2 - Win XP-Pro SP1

Re: Not here!
Well, it's maximized in a sense, but not the REAL absolute maximized window which is static and can't be dragged. I want it to remember the REAL absolute maximized window.
Both---
- Sorry, but here I get alright the full maximized window not movable. Both width and height are @ the maximum…

Do ALT+F4 in fullscreen mode. Then launch XnView back up and see if it is.Clo wrote:TsunamiZ

Fresh INI ?
- You could try to rename your INI, then see what occurs with a fresh one that the programme rebuilds, as soon as you have reset the right options to get the maximized window @ the start-up time…
- Here, that works fine still with 1.82 RC3 by now, and I did not change the INI…

Simply…
• If you have an icon on the Desktop or in a Quick start tool-bar, simply set :
right-click >> Properties >> Execute [Enlarged window] or something like this (it's in French here…)
• It's possible also from i.e. Total Commander via its button-bar, there is a similar setting in the Options >> Buttons dialogue. Certainly too with other file managers able to set buttons for programmes to start…
