XnView cannot open jpg files if file name contains a non-standard character

XnView 2.46 can open the attached .jpg file after you rename it to any standard alphabet letter but cannot open it if it contains a non-standard character as it does in the attachment.
So right click download the attachment and try to open it in XnView.
Then rename it and try again.

XnView Classic doesn't support Unicode so that may be the problem.

XnView MP and XnConvert include full support...
