You can now get a beta version of a safari for windows. It's extremely fast & standards compliant (even manages to pass the infamous acid2 test), and surprisingly stable for a beta release. It's somewhat light on features (most keyboard shortcuts don't work, although I don't know if that's because of it being beta, or if the apple version doesn't support them either, no skins, no built in ad blocker), but fully functional. It's a great deal better than the Swift browser (which also uses KHTML) that was released a while back.
This may not be suitable for your default browser yet, but it's definitely great as an alternate browser, and definitely something to keep an eye on for further developements.
