xnview tried to contact HTTP duncan.xnview.com and I blocked it and made a rule to always block HTTP out by xnview.exe and now xnview.exe GUI is frozen and the process is running at 100% CPU. Sysinternals screenshot:
FYI I have a Core i7 4c/8t so 100% cpu for 1 thread is 12.5% (100%/8).

And if you use never for Option/Integration>Check for updates?
