More wheel actions

Post by Hizoka »

Hi,
I use Gwenview in my Kubuntu and I want to go to XNViewMP but I would like a new action on the wheel button :
a wheel clic "resize" the image at 100%, another clic fit the image to the window height.

So :
- 100% > Ajustement > 100%...
- and why not : 100% > height fit > width fit > 100%...

Is it possible ?

Thank you for this great soft !

Bonjour,

Using wheel clicks for this is a little bit flimsy.

Much better is to use keystrokes/shortcuts. It gives quick(er) and direct access to the desired option.

Use the default ones ( NumPad / * + - ) or you can assign your custom ones.

For mouse options, see Tools | Settings | Interface | Mouse

Yes I know... but the buttons have only 3 possible actions...
why not proposal more actions ?

I like use only my mouse, not only my keyboard (bigger, not practical)...
In french we say "who can do the most, can do the least" ... so, propose more actions is good even for those who do not care.

Sorry if my english is a little bit flimsy :)

Have a nice day/night !
