				Quickly modify IPTC/XMP metadata

I need frequently modify IPTC/XMP metadata. Each file has different metadata, especially the description. Continuously press ^I, hundreds of times, is tedious.
I recently read a thread on the editing metadata. Fine, but just more something simple.
In Browser View -> Details would be convenient to directly edit the metadata with a hotkey (for example ^Fn), directly in the grid, without opening the dialog with the ^I.
MS Win 7 SP1
XnView MP 0.94.2 x64

IPTC pane could be fine, but there are some things to consider:
1- IPTC data of only _selected_ file is available and visibile
2- In case of frequent changes, you need to continuously move your mouse from the browser to the IPTC panel and back
3- In case of multi-line (or long) IPTC description, you need to resize IPTC panel (I use little IPTC panel and prefer thumbnails view of many files)
4- (most important!) Using View -> View as -> Details, I can see the IPTC data of _many_ files at once, and switch very quickly between them without using the mouse, but only arrow keys, then press [hotkey] to modify IPTC data inline/directly. Very very fast and efficient.

+1 for this idea, to make editing metadata possible/easier.
1. in the Info panel, click twice to edit
2. In details view - click twice or hot-key

Excellent idea. Any news about it or has it been dropped?
