• remove 'RIOT...'
  as it is not available by default and can be added as button to Toolbar if required

Create

• I would probably add Create menu in Viewer as well,
  as it looks strange to have same instruments in different menus in Viewer/Browser

• move to File menu
  - Import and sort...
  eg place it above Export...

• (optional) move to File menu (into new Share group):
  - Upload on web...
  - Send by email...
  - Send by FTP...
