Browser - thumbnails - add custom content anchor in cell

Browser - Thumbnails - Appearance
thumbnail content is always centered in cell

Suggestion

• add custom positioning (anchoring) for content (image) in thumbnail cell
  to Settings > Thumbnail > Appearance > Thumbnail group
  eg
  • minimal
    vertical only (top, center, bottom)
    
    OR
  • full
    vertical and horizontal (from top-left to bottom-rignt corner)
  
  I'm especially looking for the bottom anchoring, as the image closer to the labels looks neater (see examples).

you would like to align text in label's content? but i don't see difference with XnView

ok, for left/center/right, but about vertical??

tbh vertical alignment is more important,
as it allows to align thumbnail at the bottom so that it is closer to the label, which visually looks much more appealing

But label's height is the font height, so there is no spacing
