As a long-time XnView user in the past, I'm having trouble using XnViewMP. One of the annoying issues is the clipboard behavior.
Very easy to reproduce:
Make sure your clipboard is empty (or contains text).
Open two instances on XNViewMP, in browser mode.
Press PrnScrn on your keyboard to populate system clipboard with image.
Check Edit-Import Clipboard menu items of both XNview instances. It's only available in one of them, the other has the item greyed out. You can only import clipboard in the instance with active menu.
If you now close the instance which has Edit-Import active, it wipes out Clipboard contents so it is not available anymore to any other app.
It should not act like this - the clipboard data should be available in all instances and not flushed out on XNview exit.
Also, shouldn't clipboard import be available in Viewer mode as well?

Re: Clipboard exclusive and wipe
Hi, I wonder if anything is in the works to fix both issues? Thanks.
Also, after you import the clipboard in XnviewMP, it wipes the contents of the clipboard no matter what.
