frame extract at x% doesn't seem to work

Hi there,

First of all, thank you again for your great work!
i fiddled around with the thumbnail settings for video a bit - Settings->Broeser->thumbnail "For video files, extract frame at X %"
However, this does not seem to work, the thumbnail is always the first frame, even though I cleared the Catalog or disabled it altogether.

Would be nice to see this working - if I can be of any help please let me know.
