0.93.1 Save sld with relative paths doesn't work

I have XnViewMP 0.93.1 64bit running under with up-to-date Windows 10.

When I am creating a new slideshow with the "Save sld with relative Paths" setting, 0.93.1 XnViewMP always creates a unique full path .sld file.

If I use a text editor to manually change the full path records to relative paths then my XnViewMP can properly remove and add files.

If I purchase a new computer I'm going to be SOL.

This was caused by a bug in windows 10 itself. Once the bug was fixed by Microsoft, I no longer had the problem.
