1.4.0b1 - thumbnail - incorrect thumbnail for image with different x/y DPI

XnView: MP 1.3.1,1.4.0b1 64bits
OS: Windows 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Incorrect thumbnails for image with different x/y DPI

To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP
2. open atached .gif (test image has x72/y18 DPI)

it's normal if you have 'adjust zoom if X/Y DPI...'

there are 2 issues:

• Browser preview - messed thumbnail if x/y DPI are not equal

• Viewer thumbnail - messed for some regular .gifs
  1. try to save attached .jpg as .gif with XnViewMP 1.4.0b2

  test_jpg.zip

  2. close and open new .gif file
  thumbnail will be messed in Viewer
  
  File can be fixed though if Resize Image dialog opened with default dettings and pressed OK.
  Works if Method is not: Nearest Neighbour, Billinear

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.4.3. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
