0.84b2: Draw tool: Resize nodes inside rectangle

A minor issue:
In the Draw tool, when using a high zoom value (e.g. 800%) and then drawing a rectangle, the nodes for resizing are positioned wrong. Three of the four red resize nodes are positioned within the rectangle (wrong). The only resize node that is drawn correctly is the node on the top-left.

yes, but currently i would like to not change it. the nodes are without border

It's fine that the nodes' positions are without the border of the shape. But the positions of the nodes are not exact as you can see in the above screenshots.
