Input of tiff file still shows last tiff in before and after

I'm trying to use XnConvert in Mac OS Sierra High, but when I input a new tiff image, it still shows the last image in "before and after". Example: I input an image 0076.tif and when I go to crop it shows image 0075.tif. I have removed 0075.tif from the input files. Please help. Thanks!
