Convert any images to HEIC on Windows7

Hi )
I have two question.
1) as convert to HEIC in XnConvert ?
2) why HEIC available only x64 version ?
When I try convert from JPEG2000 to HEIC in Windows 7 x64 and use XnConvert x64 , I can not recive compressed file. Process compression run , but result file not make. Why so ?
Also , I can not save as HEIC in XnView MP for Windows x64 systems. All result same.

Current version of XnView MP use Microsoft plugin by default, XnView MP 0.97.0 has a new plugin to load/save HEIC files

I can not save in HEIC with 0.97. File easy not saving.

And yet question , HEIC there is lossless compressor or only lossy mode ?

Will you put the new plugin into XNConvert as well? Would be very welcome. I need to load HEIC and save to jpeg. There's some threads around here, but I didn't manage to make XNConvert reading heic.

XnConvert x64 can read HEIC , but me need not R/O , me need R/W and only if HEIC lossless format and always will be to smaller what JPEG2000 LuraWave.

XNConvert can maybe read some specific HEIC files. Or maybe after adding some plugin dlls to mysterious places (nothing worked for me), or maybe after buying some software from the MS Store, idk. It cannot read my files. Says "No image file".

XnViewer MP can read your files ? If yes , easy replace plugins folder in XnConvert and overwrite all files which such in XnView MP in XnConvert.

Then it says that the application cannot start because no QT platform could be initialized. Took the plugins folder of XNViewMP.
Yes, XNViewMP can read my files.

? No, only XNViewMP can read my HEIC. XnConvert can't, no matter what I do. But I think I read somewhere Pierre will add HEIC support to XnConvert in the next version.
