Is it needed to have a 'Batch Resize' (a simplier version of batch convert)??

Don’t think so. I immediately got what I expected when I used the batch convert option to resize. However, this might be helpful:

I don't see a lot of benefit in this, even for newcomers. What would be much more beneficial WRT our topic is this one:
