Scroll bar colour dark mode

Is there any way I can make it a lighter colour so I can see it, the way I have things set up it is indistinguishable from the background colour?

Fusion dark, as you can see this is the top row of a newly selected folder, the scroll bar is at the top and virtually inviible. When it is ;somewhere' in the middle of the scroll bar it is almost impossible to find. Hope you can help me?

Oh dear! What a shame. It seems odd you can end up with a scroll bar that you can't see, but there it is!
