How to suppress variable substitution in TEXT action

I have added a Text action. My text is "1234 Main Street #7" <-- "#7" is the literal apartment number, not a variable!

DESIRED: I want the overlay to display exactly "1234 Main Street #7"

However, when I convert multiple photos, the text is automatically changed to :

1234 Main Street 17
1234 Main Street 27
1234 Main Street 37
1234 Main Street 47
etc.

How can I prevent this variable substitution from occurring? Is there an option to turn off substitution or templating? Is there an escape character?

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.97.1. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
