Hi,
My XNView MP version is 0.98.2 64 bits
When using Outlook in Windows 10 64 bit to send images in either a new email or by reply I use various software to drag images into the the body text area and they become attachments (see attachment) but if I try the same with XN View MP it only creates a text link which I tested by sending to myself and indeed got the email with just the text link information as displayed but no images attached (see the other photo attachment)
I was expecting a lot of questions about this as it is fundemental when finding and emailing images but seems like nobody exept one other person has mentioned it which surprised me?
Everything else works great.

That's brilliant Pierre, thank you for your help in this matter, it will make XNView even more of my goto all round toolbox that talks to other vital programs that work with my images outside of lightroom.
Look forward to downloading the new version when it is ready.
Regards
Keith

Re: Attaching images to Outlook email
Brilliant, works perfect with a simple drag into the new email now showing image icons in the attachment bar.
See results from send to receive.
This is a real gamechanger so thank you for your help.
