At the moment, in the "Hotkeys menu" you can assign "up/down" and "right/left" keys - and no warning is issued. That's misleading... The user thinks he assigned a key, but in fact it just doesn't work because they are hard-coded for other actions and this cannot be changed. It looks like it's a bug?
Perhaps this is because there is an option in the "Keyboard menu" to define the behavior of these keys (up/down and forward/backward). But there, unfortunately, there is no "No action" item, like the "Space" key. It is not very flexible, I would like to see such an item there, in order to be able to use the "up/down" and "forward/backward" to really assign these keys in "Hotkeys menu".

yes right, some keys can't be assigned (arrows, esc, enter, ...). Should show a warning...
