??
When I use the pencil, a dot appears at the beginning of the stroke and a dot at the end of the stroke and it does not allow the stroke to be moved, that's a bug

AND the dot appears AWAY from the beginning and also AWAY from the end of the stroke, the bug or the bugs now are worst than before Pierre :(
Please post a screenshot
When you draw a stroke, 3 points must appear, at the beginning of the stroke, at the end of the stroke AND in the MIDDLE of the stroke, the midpoint of the stroke is to be able to move it and create curves, it must has more points in the middle of the stroke, to have freedom to move it in various positions and create curves
If you select select tool, you can move it. There is a bug that you can't move it after drawing...
Pierre.

dots form a square selection around finished shape
switch to Select tool to move it

you are talking about bezier curve, its controls should only be available for the line with 2 points,
there is absolutely no reason to apply it to a complex pencil line*.
Check how it works in FastStone DrawBoard, it's done correctly there.

few fixes:
  • finished shape controls
    • more dots should appear around final shape (8 dots in total) (see FastStone DrawBoard)
    • shape should resize when you move any of these dots (retaining line thickness)
    • (optional) do not show dots controls for current finished shape (the ones that disappear when shape deselected). It works for most of the tools, but it maybe unsatisfactorily for pencil
  • pencil line smoothness
    • pencil should be smoothed out a bit to make the line less jerky* (see FastStone DrawBoard, MS Whiteboard)

* Draw in XnViewMP is not for retouching app/vector editor, its annotation tool.

when i use the pencil, i can move the stroke with the select tool, that´s great

BUT....

there are 3 things to fix, and those 3 are VERY importants

1) When i draw a stroke, 3 points must appear: at the beginning of the stroke, at the end of the stroke AND in the MIDDLE of the stroke, the midpoint of the stroke is to be able to move it and create curves, to have freedom to move it in various positions and create curves

2) When I use the pencil, a dot appears at the beginning of the stroke and a dot at the end of the stroke and it does not allow the stroke to be moved, that's a bug, even if i select "the select tool" i can´t move the dot that appears at the beginning of the stroke and a dot at the end of the stroke, i can´t move them even if i select "the select tool", that´s a bug for sure.... it only allows me to move the stroke BUT does not allow me to rotate it from the dots

AND... 3) shadow option is missing (it needs Drop Shadow)
