1.9.5 - viewer - properties - Favorites - tab does not memorize tags

Windows11 (25H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Viewer - properties

to reproduce
1. open image in Viewer
2. open Properties and add few tags to Favorites
3. check Favorites tab
tags are there - OK
4. close Properties and open it again
Favorites tab will be empty
