Thumbnails not showing in uncompressed zip files - 1.9.4

After today's update, thumbnails are not showing when clicking into an uncompressed zip file. The .zip file thumbnail does show, however. Additionally, images within a .zip file cannot be opened with the integrated viewer via double-click; one needs to right-click-> open. Not sure if this is a bug or something that had to do with the new catalog system that requested a rebuild upon launch.
Tested with clean installation and new database. Windows 11.
To reproduce:
1. Create .zip file of images using 'store' method.
2. Click into zip file within XnView MP to see files. Windows icons will be displayed in the browser, not image thumbnails, though the single 'preview' image does show correctly in the bottom-right preview panel.
3. Double click an image - nothing happens
4. Right click an image, open - image opens in XnView tab as expected.
The above all worked in 1.9.3.
