Merry Christmas!
I know XnView MP is an image viewer, but we can also view video, text, pdf cover, ebook cover, even php code, html, etc..., etc..., etc... seeing wave sound/audio would be a nice ad
When watching a folder with sound / effect / music / voice over / whatnot. it would be nice the see the wave form instead of the audio's icon, could XnView MP generate a thumbnail of opus, mp3, wave, wma, ogg vorbis, flac, aac, whatnot...?
By seeing the wave form we can instantly tell the bits, and a lot more, we see what the sound is about... thus we don't need to listen each sound clip to recall what it was.
for instance, something like this (it's a screenshot of a list of sound on pixabay) could give an idea about what I am speaking about (numbers on the side are the length of the audio)
In all case, I hope you get a wonderful Merry Christmas, thank you very much for reading, and please have a great day.
