Suggestion

• merge Rotate and Mirror into single Transform group (similar to Lossless transformation group)
  as there is no reason to have Mirror group for only 2 commands

For me, this would make Rotate and Mirror much more difficult to find. "Transform" is quite vague, it can mean a lot of things, when editing images.
